Generally speaking, the entire process will take approximately 1 year to complete. However, different factors such as size, location, and adverse weather may affect the timeline.

After completion, we are still there for you for anything that you need. If something needs to be looked at you simply just have to let us know.
Does my budget matter?
Not necessarily.
Your budget will mostly determine the size of the home, but working with our designers and planners will ensure that no matter the budget you are left with a home that you are happy with.
I might want modifications after the construction process already began, is that possible?
Yes.
Once building starts, you may want a change in the home when you see it first-hand and we will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result.
